My name is Victoria Rytov, and I fell in love with the method that changes how we inhabit our own bodies. For me, Pilates is far more than a workout — it's a way back to ourselves, to deep listening, to mindful movement and resilience.
In my sessions in Tel Aviv, I welcome every client personally — in Hebrew, English, or Russian, whichever feels most natural to you. Whether in small groups of up to six or in one-on-one private training, I build a tailored program for every body, every challenge, and every goal — from releasing back pain to preparing for birth, recovering from injury, or simply moving through everyday life with more ease and health.

In my sessions I combine mat work with professional apparatus (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair).
Absolutely. Pilates is suitable for every age and fitness level — beginners, pregnant and postpartum women, those recovering from injury, and seasoned athletes. Each session is tailored to your personal ability, and in the first session we do a short assessment to make sure the practice fits you exactly.
To feel a noticeable change in your body — strength, flexibility, and improved posture — two to three times a week is recommended. Even a consistent once-a-week practice produces a lasting positive effect. We'll recommend a frequency that fits your lifestyle.
Yes. Pilates is considered one of the most effective methods for relieving lower and upper back pain. Through strengthening deep core muscles, improving posture, and rebalancing the muscles that support the spine — most clients report significant improvement within 6-8 weeks.
Mat Pilates uses bodyweight and small props (balls, magic circle, bands), with an emphasis on control and breath. Equipment Pilates (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair) uses adjustable spring resistance — better suited for focused work and rehabilitation, allowing gradual, precise progression. The two methods complement each other.
In a private session, all the attention is on you — pace, exercises, and challenges are tailored exactly to your body. In a group session (up to 6-8 participants) personal attention is still there, with a pleasant social dynamic and a more affordable price. Many clients combine both.
Comfortable clothes that allow free movement — leggings or sports trousers and a fitted top (so I can see how your body is working). Barefoot or non-slip Pilates socks. You can order from me or come with your own non-slip socks.
You can cancel a session up to 12 hours before without charge. Later cancellations count as a used session. You're always welcome to offer your slot to a friend. Maximum flexibility while respecting the studio's time.
